CAN I BUY TICKET AT THE Kesineni OFFICE JUST BEFORE(THE DEPARTURE OF THE BUS) I TRAVEL?

Yes you can, but it is subject to availability of seats at that instance. We suggest that book in advance, particularly on festival seasons, holidays and busy times such as Diwali, Pongal, Christmas, all Fridays and Sundays.

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKET OTHER THAN ON THE INTERNET?

You can buy ticket from any Kesineni Booking Office. We have around 40 Offices located all over Andhra Pradesh and in cities Chennai, Bangalore. And from our authorized agents at all the major areas.

CAN I BOOK THE RETURN TICKET?

Yes, you can book your return ticket.

WHAT ARE THE MODE(S) OF PAYMENT WHEN I BUY THE TICKET ONLINE?

We accept VISA and Master Credit / Debit Card for online booking.

CAN I BUY TICKET ONLINE WITH MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes. As long as you supply a valid data of the credit card holder, you can buy tickets for any other person. There is no requirement for the credit card to be produced when boarding the bus provided that the passenger should submit identity proof at the time of boarding which mentioned in the passenger information page while booking online.

DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO BOOK ONLINE?

No, you can book without any registration, but there are several reasons why registering could be beneficial to you as below. When you book, details such as your name and address are provided automatically, saving you time. (Please note that for security reasons, your credit card details are not stored and have to be entered each time.)

DO I HAVE TO PAY BOOKING FEE?

No. you do not pay any booking fee.

CAN I CANCEL/TRANSFER MY E-TICKET?

You can Cancel your Ticket. But you cannot transfer it. Instead, you have to re-book the ticket as you require.

WHAT DO I DO IF MISS MY BUS?

Our conditions state that if you miss the bus you are supposed to travel on, though no fault of Kesineni Tours & Travels, and you cannot cancel your seat just before the time of departure and the ticket is no longer valid and is not eligible for any refund.

However, at boarding point we do help as much as we can. Under normal circumstances we will help to catch your bus at next available boarding point by a later departure, subject to your bus being available at that point. But we are under no obligation to do this.

WHAT ALL THAT I CARRY WITH ME ON THE BUS?

Luggage is limited to two medium sized suitcases / bags per person, plus one hand bag on all services. We cannot assure that excess luggage will be carried, as we have no idea what each customer will carry.

HOW CAN I RETRIEVE MY TICKET?
